Welcome to the loyalty program at SATURDAYS! As a member, you'll enjoy exclusive perks and benefits as you shop at our participating retail locations and online. In this page, you'll find all the information you need to join and participate in the program, including how to earn and redeem points, any exclusions or restrictions, and other important details. How to join:
At SATURDAYS, we value our customers and want to reward their loyalty. That's why we've created the SATURDAYSPoint loyalty program that automatically enrolls customers who make purchases totaling more than 100,000 IDR.
To Join SATURDAYSPoint, simply make a purchase of Rp 100.000 or more, providing a valid email address and phone number at any participating retail location or online.
Enrollment is automatic and free, allowing you to start earning points on all future purchases.
Membership Levels:
Start by making a minimum purchase of Rp 100.000 in our retail stores or online (via apps or website).

All members enjoy a 20% birthday voucher, valid for 7 days.
Earning points:
- SATURDAYSPoint will be earned on all purchases made at participating retail locations and online. The amount of SATURDAYSPoint earned will be based on the payment amount before tax (11%).
- SATURDAYSPoint will be rounded to the nearest whole number.For example: if the total purchase value is Rp 1.295.000 (incl. tax), SATURDAYSPoint will be applied to the payment amount of Rp 1.152.550 (before 11% tax). If your current level is BLUE, the total SATURDAYSPoint earned is: 5% of Rp 1.152.550 = 57.627,5 ; rounded to 57.627.
- SATURDAYSPoint will be added to your account within 30 days after the purchase payment confirmation. *For the installment plan, SATURDAYSPoint will be added to your account after the final payment.
- SATURDAYSPoint may be redeemed as part of your payment.
- The SATURDAYSPoint you earned is based on your current level. If you spend enough to cross the threshold of the next membership level, you will get the benefit of the next membership level on your next purchase.For example: If the total of your first purchase is Rp 6.000.000, you will get the benefit of a Blue Member (5% cashback in the form of SATURDAYSPoint. In addition, you will be automatically upgraded to a Silver Member (because your purchase exceeds Rp 5.000.000). Therefore, for your next purchase, you will receive the benefit of a Silver Member (10% Cashback in the form of SATURDAYSPoint).
Redemption of points:
As a member of our loyalty program, you can use your points to pay for your next purchase at SATURDAYS. To redeem your points, simply visit one of our participating retail locations or our online store, and make a purchase as normal. When you check out, you will be asked if you would like to use your SATURDAYSPoint to pay for your purchase, and it will be applied to your purchase total.
There is no minimum purchase required to use your SATURDAYSPoint.For example: if your purchase totals Rp 365.000 and you have 500.000 SATURDAYSPoints, your purchase will be free, with a remaining balance of 135.000 SATURDAYSPoint.
If orders using SATURDAYSPoint are canceled or returned, SATURDAYSPoint will be restored to your account with their original expiration date
Expiration of points:
Your points will expire one year from the month of accrual. For example, if a customer earns points in January 2021, those points will expire in January 2022.
Terms and Conditions:
By participating in SATURDAYSPoint, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- SATURDAYSPoint will be earned on all purchases made at participating retail locations and online. The amount of SATURDAYSPoint earned will be based on the purchase amount.
- SATURDAYSPoint will be added to your account within 30 days of purchase payment confirmation.
- SATURDAYSPoint will expire 1 year from the day you earn it.For example: if you earn SATURDAYSPoint on a purchase made on July 15, 2022, it will expire on July 15, 2023.
- SATURDAYSPoint may be redeemed for future purchases or for special promotions and offers. The amount of SATURDAYSPoint required for redemption will be determined by the specific offer or promotion.
- SATURDAYSPoint is non-transferable and may only be used by the customer to whom they were awarded. SATURDAYSPoint has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
- SATURDAYS reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to, program benefits, reward calculations, redemption terms, and expiration periods.
Good Faith and Abuse Prevention:
SATURDAYSPoint is intended to be used in good faith by our customers. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the program, including but not limited to using fraudulent information, creating multiple accounts, or any other means of unfair advantage, will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of any accrued SATURDAYSPoint, and possible legal action. SATURDAYS reserves the right to take any necessary action to protect the integrity of the loyalty program and ensure a fair and rewarding experience for all participants.
Privacy:
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected through the loyalty program will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://saturdays.com/privacy-policy
Limitation of Liability:
By participating in SATURDAYSPoint, you agree that SATURDAYS and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with the loyalty program, including any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account, any failure to credit rewards or any rewards that are lost, stolen, or expired.
